Hi, I’m Jeanette from the Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute. I will guide you through our patient pre-registration process.
We recommend completing this process before you come to your appointment to help reduce your wait time. However, if you cannot complete the pre-registration before your visit, you will be able to check in on an electronic tablet.
A few days before your appointment, as a new patient, you will receive either an email or a text message with a reminder of your appointment and a link to pre-register online.
The text message will originate from a five-digit number for you to check in online, and the email will allow you to check in by directing you to a “Click Start” orange tab.
