A-Scan biometry is a computerized test used to measure the length of your eye. During this test, sound waves are bounced off the back of your eye to calculate the strength of the intra-ocular lens implant.

The results of this test are approximate values rather than exact measurements. This test is usually accurate, although some inaccuracies may occur.
